"If I could give a -20 I would! Someone called me a few minutes ago asking questions and he was VERY rude! I have State Farm and they had the information all wrong! I was frustrated and said I was pissed because I felt like he was pressuring me into a policy I ALREADY HAVE! He hung up in my face and I called back and got someone else! Just because I was upset does not give you the right to hang up in my face! The appropriate thing to do to help a customer is to try to make things right! This is a bad look on State Farm! Your customer service sucks and the guy never said his name! Would not recommend!"

"I was very unpleased with this agent. I got my insurance through them last year and it was supposed to be $540 per month. They also told me that I could save money with drive and save (little device that goes in the car.."your insurance will not go up, it can only go down) cool, ill try that. Several months go by and I see the insurance payment for that month is over $600+. In Jan I called to ask why it was over $600 and they told me that they want sure but they would get back to me.... no reply, nothing.... Then when I called back a few days later, they said it was balancing out because it was less than a year old. I ask about drive and save, when will the discounts start to apply? (On the Drive and Save app its supposed to apply around $450 discount for my truck) "Not until it renews".. So I wait until it renews, expecting the discount. After renewal I see that it's going up to $640 per month. Oh and the discount that was supposed to be $450 on my truck was$15. When I called the poison that answered the phone couldn't answer any questions why it was going up and told me that Rob would call me back later that day.... no reply, nothing..... That was a Monday, on Thursday my wife called, but they wouldn't give her any info because it's under my name. So I call the following week to get some info and to advise then that I was going to just go back to my old insurance company (Progressive). I started with my questions about the rates...."Oh, you had a glass claim in Oct" (a glass claim where a baseball team at a college broke my windshield and the college tom a report and said to give to my insurance and that they would pay for it). I exclaimed that the college advised me that they would pay for the windshield. He said.... "you had a claim and that's why your insurance went up".... So essentially, they got paid for my windshield (or could have) and charged me anyway. I also all went they didn't call me back and he said "we spoke with your wife on Thursday"..... 1. my wife called you. 2. you wouldn't talk to her about anything. 3. Now you're acting like you did what you said you would, when "I" ask for a call from the agent.. 4. They use a thing called "lexisnexis" to report claims so that windshield claim affected my insurance rate with progressive, which was still substantially cheaper and my rate never chanced with progressive even after a windshield claim. I see they have allot of good reviews, but my experince with this agent was Just terrible, terrible customer service, they don't honor their word, they don't go through the legwork to save you any money.....they don't honor their customers."
